Shipping Policy
Shipment Information
We put a lot of focus on making sure your items are delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address selected, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order.
The delivery time of an order is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1–5 business days
- Shipping time: 7–20 business days
Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with a summary of your order, as well as shipping and payment details.
Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipment. Items marked "Ships within 24 hours" are in-stock items that will ship the next business day. Other items may take 1–5 business days to process. While we work hard to ensure your order is ready for shipment as quickly as possible, some items may have a longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.
Shipment
You can enjoy free shipping on orders over $75. When available, you can opt for express shipping for an additional fee. Please note that if you select Express Shipping for your order, a mailing address and contact number are required, as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination.

Due to high shipping costs and long shipping times, we do not currently provide retail or wholesale service to the following countries and regions. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Details about the items contained in the shipment, as well as a tracking number, are included in the email.
To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Please note that it sometimes takes 24 hours for the shipping company to update the shipment status, so your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order contains multiple items, they may be split into different packages and shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.
Delivery Day
On the day your package is delivered, an SMS notification will be sent to let you know that your delivery is on its way.
Missed Delivery
If you are not available to receive your shipment, you can contact your carrier to reschedule delivery.
